Ignore all the scare stories as its media hype instigated by the government (loss of revenue will always trump health advantages). I used them to give up 18 months ago and have never looked back.

Haven't had a real cig for 8 months now. I use an e-cig rather than a vapour stick thing. Have my doubts that each e-cig is equivalent to 40cigs. I used to smoke 10-15 a day and get through one refill per day near enough. The brand I use is VIP. Be interesting if anyone has any views on comparison brands.
