whats happened to Betfair?

I have nt been on for a while and when i came to deposit some money WTF! What sort of a my account page is this, shocking,absoutely shocking. It's a **** My account page what happened to the old one, anyone else having problems?   Also when to deposit money via the mobile app  that was a dead end, deposit page wouldn't let me type anything  in the boxes! Have many deserted this site ? Rant over
