Gone for that traditional light Summer meal.... Sausage casserole, baked spuds and greens.  Smells delicious, got these great big spicy sausages off a south african butcher in Portslade.

Kenny after comparing the ingredients I shall give the Cauldron ones a try, I must say they  do look a lot better.

McCartney - Rehydrated textured wheat protein (63%), vegetable oil, water, pea and wheat protein (4%), flavourings, rusk, stabilizer - hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose

Cauldron - Hydrated Textured Vegetable Protein (Soya Protein, Potato Starch, Wheat Gluten), Water, Vegetable Oil, Cumberland Seasoning (Yeast Extract, Salt, Black Pepper, Sugar, Rosemary, Bay, Carrot, Leek, Vegetable Oil, Roasted Barley Malt), Free Range Egg Albumen, Dried Onion, Soya Protein Isolate, Thickener: Methylcellulose

Went for salmon and veg. Got the skin crispy just by frying it in its own oils.

Salmon has the highest Health * Taste factor of any food I know.

I think you'll enjoy them Make my hay. £2 for 6, slightly more expensive.

I had two baked fillets of cod in breadcrumbs with a bowl of lettuce and cucumber smothered in lemon juice and a dollop of seafood dressing - just for a change (ha!).
Fish really is wonderful grub.
