Gone for that traditional light Summer meal.... Sausage casserole, baked spuds and greens.  Smells delicious, got these great big spicy sausages off a south african butcher in Portslade.

Kenny after comparing the ingredients I shall give the Cauldron ones a try, I must say they  do look a lot better.

McCartney - Rehydrated textured wheat protein (63%), vegetable oil, water, pea and wheat protein (4%), flavourings, rusk, stabilizer - hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose

Went for salmon and veg. Got the skin crispy just by frying it in its own oils.

Salmon has the highest Health * Taste factor of any food I know.

I had two baked fillets of cod in breadcrumbs with a bowl of lettuce and cucumber smothered in lemon juice and a dollop of seafood dressing - just for a change (ha!).
Fish really is wonderful grub.
