By the end of the first day, you'll be 1 mile away from your fridge so, yeah, could work

When you first cut carbs the glucose that you have starts to deplete and the water that it was bound to is not needed and you lose it through your kidneys. But there's nowt wrong with getting shot of those high glycemic foods and getting that amount of exercise.

Good news is that mile you walk is sort of only half a mile because you have to come back so it goes quicker, but really if you do as i say you get momentum and you will be a new guy in 7 days.

Surely this depends on your starting weight.

I can quite see a 17 stone man 'Losing 7 lbs' - But...

Will an 11 stone man drop to 10st 7lbs?

I very much doubt it.

A low carb diet is both healthy and will assist you in returning to your normal weight and not the abnormal weight most people are walking around with. I lost 32lbs in 4 months and at the age of 57 I am now the same weight I was when I was 23. Remove all wheat and keep SIMPLE carbs low.

You will lose a lot of weight in the first few days if you cut out carbs, the problem is it won't be fat it will be water.

Glycogen holds three parts water and if you don't eat carbs you deplete your glycogen stores thus getting rid of water.

It's all very well losing 7 lbs in a few days but we want to lose fat not drop weight. The weight lost will be water and you won't look any slimmer despite the weight loss.

I am sorry thats not true Massive, you may initially lose water but you will see fat disappear. There is no way I have lost 32lbs of water
