British Authourity Police - as soon as I log in - well know scam. As soon as I open my PC it comes on!!! Can't even do a Stsyem Retore as cant get off this page.

Ayone any ideas? Im using Windows 7.....

then do a system restore from safe mode

I had a similar thing.
As ebul says. System Restore from safe mode.

Then I ran antimalwarebytes, Spybot, and did a full scan with my anti-virus (Avast).

(then I ran ccleaner just as an extra).

It's been OK since.
