Final part tomorrow night.

The blonde copper is 'dirty' then!!
She chucked the disc with all the 'dodgy goings on' on it, into a deep fat fryer.

Can't find the original thread(s) as the Betfair search engine is as much use an ashtray on a motorbike. The single word 'prey', which was the title of the thread, brings up 105 pages of threads ffs.

It is. I suspect the OP meant it was "one more sleep until..."

Has he found the one-armed man yet? (I didn't see ep 2)

It is tonight. Happy Valley tomorrow night. Too much good drama for the OP to keep track of.

Is the blonde copper definitely dirty? She had already told John Simm she'd be in trouble if she was found to have taken the disc from him, I wondered if she just had a change of heart and got rid to save herself from trouble?

I started typing before midnight.
Then I stopped to tune in my Freeview, so I could watch 'Mona Lisa' at 12-25 a.m.
Then I finished the post and submitted it.
Perhaps I should have phoned Betfair and asked them to remove it as it was 6 minutes into a new day. and then type it again.
Or perhaps you're just a miserable bastard.

Wtf is your problem ?
I raised the question that I thought it was on tonight, whereas your post said it was on tomorrow !!

Why the long explanation and then the abuse ?

Cracking first episode , average second one , ludicrously poor final one ....but ITV are hopeless at Crime Drama ....and that includes the dull as dishwater award winning Broadchurch.

Enjoyable but it's always an anti climax when the murders were basically a mistake by some nobody.  Line of duty was so much better for dodgy coppers.

If you  want 'dodgy coppers' .....the third series of French crime drama Braquo starts next week .
Last series our heroes were caught robbing a bank by erm the police.

Would have been...it's when I was in school, but that was a long time ago, and things might have moved on since then.

It was ok , worth watching , but agree it started well , got built up , and finished poorly (3 episodes isn't really long enough for a complicated drama)

I watch all these things late & usually 2 episodes at once late at night but really liking Happy Valley also , only watched 2 episodes so far Cool

no, you would need a smart tv for that

Was looking forward to Prey more than Happy Valley, but whilst Prey was quite good, Happy Valley is proving to be far superior. Much more depth of story and characters (Raquel from Corrie is brilliant) which I guess is much easier when you have 6 x 1 hour episodes rather than 3 x 40 minute episodes.

Last episode was quite disturbing (young policewoman scene) but it is an excellent show.

Thought the young policewoman scene was brilliantly directed.

It was, but found it quite disturbing I think because not only was it brutal but it came across as being so realistic.

No it isn't, good drama is subtle and implied.
By:

Totally depends upon the subject matter and context.

Doubt one could be subtle  and/ or implied with the scene involving the young woman policeman. Do you ?

I enjoyed this. Susan Reinhardt - got to be one the best tv detectives ever. Every other scene she's stuffing her face and then they get her doing chase scenes.  I was cheering her on when she legged it after John Simm through that field and then jumped in the river
