See my thread "Unstable Forum".......

I'm on Chrome but the only problem site is this one!

Latest 'stable' version of Chrome has garnered a lot of criticism , one of the main ones is the fact for some unknown reason, they have decided to lose the up and down arrows on the scrollbar to the right of your screen.

However there is now (quickly brought out) an extension which brings the scrollbar back to what it was.

I'm using the last stable version beginning 31 and it has never ever given a moments problem.

Just re=downloaded Chrome after junking it a few days ago when it went wobbly. Even worse now than then. It won't even load Google's home page! I'm using Windows 7.

Which version larouche have you downloaded?

Go onto Filehippo and download the last stable version i.e not Beta or Dev beginning with 31

How come, for me at least, the only issue is with the Betfair Forum?

Failure to take the hint?

I downloaded 32.0.1700.76 - according to Filehippo, released just 8(!) days ago and not described as Dev or Beta.

Same on my IE. Try the open in another window button.

Workrider use this to enter the forum and the scroll bars will work.. Log in, but do not navigate out of the forum or else the scroll bars will fail again when you enter the forum again. It`s a chrome issue.

I did say don't install that version but the one before it , namely 31.0.1650.63 which doesn't have any problems , the version you had has caused a few problems , no doubt they will resolve these soon but in the mean time use 31.0.1650.63 and you should have no problem.

Misunderstanding here I think. I have not downloaded Chrome from Filehippo. The version (32 etc) above was downloaded earlier today direct from Google; that's the one that would not even load Google's homepage. I just looked up the details of that particular horror on Filehippo.

The only things I have downloaded from Filehippo are two viruses! I stopped after that. So I'll swerve Filehippo and stick with IE11 for now.

if you don't want to download anything from the net just go into chrome extensions and add rescroller.
