He's an actor forced into a niche. I'm sure he'd love to do Shakespeare but it isn't going to happen unless he plays a fool. He does what he does and he gets paid and sometimes he's okay in what he does.

Seen much worse actors and i've actually enjoyed a few of the films he's been in. His documentary stuff is cringe worthy though, it's as if he's some sort of parody act. Having said that, I'm sure he's a fairly decent bloke 1 on 1. Seems to have a good sense of humour and happy to take the piss out of himself whenever he's on tv panel shows.

I loved that video of him running up all them steps with the cage fighter. Started like a lion and then they nearly had to winch him up from half way. His face was a picture when the cage fighter set off to do the second of his twelve reps and Danny lay there gasping like a cod on a river bank.
