What is point? Just dont get this sport at all. Little dwarfs bullying poor horses which are heavily medicated by their trainers.

Jockeys can be as big as you like...just as long as they ain't heavy. Apart from that, Nathan, I imagine that a lot of jockeys, especially the National Hunt boys, would stick your "little dwarfs" comment right up your tender bottom!

TBF it would be a bit more interesting if they could throw in some parkour moves and a dubstep soundtrack, add a bit of spice to the affair and get some new "rad" blood into the sport, groovy?

I think the American broadcasts had (have?) 'galloping horse sounds' and 'excited crowd noises' dubbed over the commentary. The noises never seemed to fit the actual event...everything sounded like a super-close finish, even when it wasn't!
