Probably not the time or place but hoping Betfair Chit-chat can provide wisdom where google has failed me

My local one, which is pretty big, sells the Blu-ray box set at £70 (FO) but doesnt sell either a DVD box set or any of the individual titles. At all.

I dont believe in internet shopping - where can I get them?

I find your lack of faith, in internet shopping, disturbing

I have come to the conclusion that although I am not a man of means, I am happy to pay the premium that enables me to shout at a teenage sales assistant until i get exactly what i have paid for.

Genuinely not the point of the thread but thanks for replying

The DVD's are out of print, and are fetching about £30 on Ebay for the original trilogy. I don't think you'll find a new DVD set anywhere other than on the internet

You're stuck with internet shopping i'm afraid. Amazon have them all, but they are ridiculously priced. Really, I would just get the blu-ray box set for £59 off Amazon. You'll thank yourself for it in the end.

They do it like Disney DVDs I think, ie Lucas is a grabbing b@stard.

Only release them in limited editions, instead of letting fans get them for a reasonable price.
