Depends on the woman. Like you say, doesn't look good with black eyesbrows and dark roots. But there a plenty of natural blondes with brown/hazel eyes.

yes ,olive skin and fair hair doesn't quite look right on a woman at all .... not sure why they choose that particular look !

Gambino so funny you should say that, my friend is from Mauritius and has the deepest blue eyes I've ever seen. I actually asked her to marry me last week (half joking but was hoping for a result anyway), she is truly stunningly beautiful.

Women don't tend to go for appearance i'm told ,although i'm also informed that  those who go for  GOOD looking men  go for physical good looks and not a certain hair/skin color (that would just be plain daft) - 'yeah ,that bloke is truly grotesque ,but i do like his black hair' 

Men tend to go more for looks (and shape) needless to say  .

slippy, she sounds like this amazing girl in my town.she's probably about 18, i assume mixed race coz got blue eyes,light brown skin, frizzy hair ordinarily but she has it in sort of wet-look coils in the summer and omg does it suit her. in august I was watching her walk past these two lads and they were literally open-mouthed lol.

Op go to Sardinia and have your theory shot down and ground into dust.The Sardos are almost always naturally dark haired and dark eyed but when the girls have their hair died some shade of blond they look stunning with that combo.
Although admittedly they are very beautiful anyway which helps

Seen quite a few Asian birds dye their hair blonde, and even worse put the blue lenses in their eyes.
Makes them 900% uglier, IMO. But still way better looking than western women, obviously
