I remember when Roy took the England manager's job. The only players he retained were Trevor Francis and one other (Keegan?). The rest of the team was made up of Melchester players and Johnny Dexter

I believe my friends and I have the world record for the tallest hat - we beat the stated Guinness record.
Didn't contact Guinness as we found you had to pay for them to authorise it - greedy c***s! It was built for a song - haven't actually finished the full video edit yet but here is a clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gT3H0_BVXIU&feature=plcp |

250 more today Is it possible to read 250 Mags in a day ? |

To be fair pre-internet the w**k mags only had a certain lifespan before new material had to be sourced.

I didn't pick them up personally but the bloke who picked them up for me said that the vendor wasn't too happy that he'd sold to a trader.
What made it worse was that in his ad, he said that certain issues fetch £x on a certain website which he'd named. When he received my payment, he realised that he'd sold to same website |

Someone got in touch with us saying they had every copy of Woman's Weekly for sale. (Started in 1918, so about 5,000 issues.)
'Er indoors sent him a couple of emails with no reply but he came back recently saying that he'd been inundated with interest from museums, historians and collectors. He says that a private collector in London has offered him £230,000 ![]() I'm out. |
