The b******s have charged me for a plan I've never asked for and I want my money back !! I use them for basic line rental only and use 18185 to make calls.

I guarantee it will take at least a year to sort this out.  BT are duplicitous and fraudulent.  I loathe them.  That they have the name "British" annoys the hell out of me.

On point, find their nearest office and go there.  Its the only way that works with them.  It will take about three visits.

Hate; despise and loathe them yet I am still with them!

If you change suppliers you are still stuck with BT line rental in any case.

The last time I had to call it was about my order for "Infinity".

They had given me an installation date, and said that some necessary equipment would be delivered, before that date.

Then I goy another letter giving an installation date prior to delivery of equipment!

But that is not the end of the issue!

They always write more than once. Firstly to me by my correct name which is the account name.
Then to Mr G. Gemma Gemma (surname).

I haven't a clue where they got the Gemma bit from as she hasn't lived here for seven flipping years.

My e=mail account that they use for correspondence is my name but they always write "Dear Miss G (surname)"!

So I had to call re my installation date and having run the gauntlet of selecting so many options that my head was spinning, and listening to some snooty woman telling me how much they cared I got through to "Elizabeth" biddly, biddly, biddly, biddly.......

First I had to tell her to slow down, then, again and again that I couldn't understand a word she was saying.

I asked if she could put me on to someone who speaks English and amazingly she did!

So now, at least we can understand each other.

She assured me that the installation would be fine (oh yeah) and that she would sort out the communication issues
and was doing it right there and then!

Well here we are two months later and I am still Mr G. Gemma Gemma........!

Effing shambolic, couldn't care less effing company, who are a willing, and supportive party to every nuisance, scam,
and rip off premium rate call that you ever have to deal with!

Sorry, I ranted there somewhat!
