That is entirely up to them Kenny, for me the thought of listening live to him for 1 1/2 - 2 hours in a live concert in 2012 & beyond is far from appealing.

Too true kenny, he made some great albums in 70`s after Beatles split with so many terrific tracks. My Love, Jet, Band On The Run, Listen To What The man Said, Silly Loves Songs, Myabe I`m Amazed, Admiral Halsey (No 1 in USA), C Moon, Hi Hi Hi, the list is endless kenny.

If I " knock him " its not because I do not like his music, love the Beatles & some of Wings, all I am stating is he should not be singing live any more, his voice has gone.

Don't think much of him as a person due to a run-in i had with him at the library a few years back but i have always respected and enjoyed his music.

Kenny - luv his music as you well know, a true legend and musical genius, but not a very nice guy, imo. 
When The Beatles had their first hit LOVE ME DO in 1962, Paul McCartney could never have imagined he would still be doing it 53 years later ! Amazing career !
I don't know where he gets his energy to do so many gigs, and retains his enthusiasm. Remarkable.

I saw him when he was in wings with his then wife both looked drugged up .didn't enjoy them at all .they had a dog act at the interval

His current tour, I recall has 32 venues....
Not sure whether these are the final ones, but what a crazy schedule as he has two, back to back, in Vegas!

I was always surprised at how many people rated Lennon so highly but not Macca. Both were great as young writers/musicians. The end in 70 was it, was perfect timing.
There is not a band that ever existed that should have gone on longer than 10 years. In fact id say 5/6 years is too long except for the true greats.
