Hey guys,

Quick question, hope you can help. I'm wanting to withdraw a some money from my betfair accout the card I used to deposit the cash. However, it would mean withdrawing more than I've deposited using it. It won't let me do this, any idea how I can get the funds into my bank account.

Thanks,

Stuart

Studoggy - use the 'Bank Transfer' option on your account.

Thanks for the reply.

I have tried this, but it won't let me until all withdrawls equal the deposits on another card I have registered. The other card has expired however so I can't withdraw against it AND I can't unregister the card. I'm clueless.

Studoggy, you are not clueless - Betfair is.  Especially in  regard to customer relations.

From what I've read about such matters, your only other option is to telephone Betfair directly to sort it out.

Do it.

As I'm sure the whole purpose of Betfair making it so difficult to withdraw funds is so you'll leave it for a bit and then lose it back  - so they make some more profit.

You've used Mastercard (nap) the only way you can fix this is phoning them and it will be sorted in 5 mins.

And I mean only way.

Thing is though shouldn't have to phone, e-mail etc. IMVHO. **** was the same. If the card had more deposit than withdrawal, soz can't unregister card even if I press the unregister card button. Same with Bet(un)fair. Get it sorted guys.
