The fact that the area regularly get littered with Mcdonalds's sihte, and more sihte from the Chinese takeaway just up the road, plus young Asians in particular who have no idea what a litter bin is, seems to have gone un-noticed by the Council.

Polish and Lithuanian where i live - they chuck out everything for the bin men - sofas,tellies,wardrobes .... scruffy feckers ,chuck all the rubbish into bags and leave them outside the bin .

An old woman feeding the birds is an easy target. Finding, catching and dealing with fly tippers or a group of young people throwing rubbish away is alot harder.
