fluent in hebrew, pretty good in english and spanish too. he doesn't really get the slavic or northern europe languages in general which is why any of our scandy friends have to spend so long in purgatory trying to learn to be fluent in a 2nd language.

What about deaf kids? How does he communicate with deaf kids ?
By:

God doesn't like deaf kids. Otherwise he would have made them able to hear
By:

as someone who has read a little bit about information theory, i declare that all the atoms in the universe are a message that is encrypted, and is a message to the supreme being. i shall wait for an answer.

Spiritual deafness is worse.its not true that God doesn't like deaf kids, some get healed. |
By:
Well, i must be spiritually deaf then. I saw too much non-sense in my life to believe there is a superior sense to our world
By:
I tried hard to believe, i spent 8 years in a catholic school. But these people don't come with many tangible proofs. Maybe one day...

If God exists, then he I'm pretty sure that He would understand every language - even those that are the constructs of one person. If He's there, I'd think that thoughts were enough.
By the way, watch Sunshine, directed by Danny Boyle. The bigger the TV, the better - watch it in complete darkness, without distractions. On a similar theme, you could do worse than watch The Thin Red Line Both, regularly get panned, but not by people asking the sort of question in your thread opener. They are both slightly difficult watches, but worthwhile. |

I'm going to sleep now, some of us have to be up for work in the morning.
All at sea's assertion is beautifully backed up. In Matthew 6:34 we learn that Jesus wouldn't have worried today about getting up for work tomorrow. Especially if it was to earn some coin. 'Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.' |

B*gger me, that's some bible knowledge.
Never even heard that one. Have read it once though. Foolishly read the Bible, start to finish, when I was a teenager. Complete waste of time. 20 pages of boring garbage for every worthwhile paragraph. |

Does God speak to followers of non Christian religions?
Sunset can perhaps attempt this one. Will have to wait until he finishes his day of work though. |

God doesn't like deaf kids. Otherwise he would have made them able to hear Does he understand sign language then? |
By:
If indeed there is such a being he is clearly a deaf mute, as he pays sod all attention
to the constant praying, from all the poor deluded followers! |

By:
probably far to busy talking to dead people.
By:
The correct answer is Arabic.
By:
You Saudi then Ken...?
By:
So did the `talking bush` speak Arabic?
By:
Probably all past, present and future languages and countless amounts of langyages that will never even be inveneted.
By:
well surely as he will only need to talk to those going to heaven - then English will be the only one he needs surely ?

Google or Youtube Christopher Hitchens
You'll love it, and certainly could never argue against it. |

Surely he'd be brilliant on Countdown.

Lex Hitchens equates God with religions. This is unnecessary.

I always remember years ago some fat Texan being interview about the possibility of all teaching being conducted in Spanish in some American schools. He was outraged; after all even the bible was written in English.

By:
Who cannot hear anything?

That should be "He can't hear.."
'There's none so deaf as those who dont want to hear.' etc n' all that. |
