3 prawn rolls.  got a 2.5kg bag of those little prawns in the freezer, cost £25, mix prawns with a salad cream and ketchup mixture and serve in margarined rolls with a bit of cucumber and tomatoes.

oh and lemon juice.  underrated those little prawns imo, they're lovely.

Hard to decide today!

Either "Tonino e Pommadora a la Sarde", "Chicken Parmigiana" or a Fray Bentos pie.

Glad you asked, Rob.

Having moved from the overweight class to the not-overweight class so far this year, I am taking a week off my lentils diet to engage in some normal/bad-for-you food and very heavy drinking. Then a teetotal week to kick off the second phase of my diet and fitness plan to get from not-overweight to in good shape.

So, I'll be having my patented Lunch of Champions for brunch: Rare steak chopped up with mushrooms, onions, garlic and chilli peppers and whatever else is around served with sauteeed potatoes and beer. Probably some red wine too.

Then off to my country residence to meet a couple of mates and a slightly annoying girl and get properly hammered. Before you accuse me of doing a Goring, my country residence is a dilapidated house in a poor Colombian town and I don't even own it.
