What's going on, got that too, didn't blow me away like it did some people.

If the james brown style is a certain sub genre of soul then I much prefer that to the marvin gaye style of soul.

Always remember getting all the luton programmes late eighties early nineties.  They'd have a player profile each week and all the luton players at the time seemed to say that soul, and particularly luther vandross, was their preferred type of music.  I wish they could've kept that info to themselves.

Rob....Luton players obviously knew more about Music than football....
Luther was one of the greatest Soul singers ever!....
