Daughter has just turned 18 and finishing off her A levels.
Whoopee I thought, A levels done and that's me finished with Child Maintenance.
Quick bit of research reveals I'm supposed to pay until she's 19 if she goes to uni or some other form of education.
ffs
Have I missed something or just plain wrong?

A child is remains dependant if he/she remains in full time education. 19 being the September following the 19th birthday.

Hopefully, without sounding too condescending, if it means she's likely to get qualifications that will eventually lead to a better chance of a lucrative job, you should be happy to pick up that tab.

Knowing my luck, my 3 will decide to become bloody mature students, so I'll still be shelling out when they are pushing 30 Whoops

I don't think anything you spawned could be mature
