First download a picture from the internet by right clicking on it and saving the image to your desktop.
Then, whilst logged on to you betfair account, open up any thread and click on the POST REPLY icon.
When the reply window opens click on the INSERT PHOTO icon.
A PHOTO MANAGER window will open.
In this window, click on the UPLOAD PHOTO icon and a navigation window will open.
Somewhere in here you will be able to navigate to the image you downloaded earlier to your desktop.
Double click it and then hit UPLOAD.
You then have to wait a few hours for it to be approved by Betfair's moderators. When it has been passed you can post it on the forum.

I think the forum resizes certain pictures down to thumbnail. I will investigate further, but for instance I uploaded Lee Westwood as a 20K pic which was displayed OK, but a 40K Micky Adams got shrunk down.
