Site down again

It's back up but I've got 9 tabbed windows open on 9 different markets and every time a page refreshes itself a message pops up saying "we're experiencing technical difficulties. . ." etc.

Driving me mad!

I rebooted in the end which seems to have cured it.
For some strange reason it was only doing it with google browser, not IE.
