A few minutes walk from the 02 is The Pilot. A lovely period pub. Knew the previous owner before he sold it to Fullers for well over 2 mill. You can't go wrong imo. Do a google maps search. It's a 7 minute walk. Hence why Fullers were prepared to pay through the nose. Previous owner Phil bought it freehold for about 50k I kid you not. |
