The situation is vacant at the moment.
It used to be Eternaloptimist but he got the old heave-ho. He could take on the smart arses and just as easily brush aside the toe-rags. I thought he'd got the balance about right when dealing with the abusive types. Yet it appears that even he went too far. He overstepped the mark and they swooped.
