Portsmouth, and it's OK, plenty worse places. It has a bit of an attitude which can sometimes lead to problems. Spent yesterday in Brighton and the difference in atmosphere is huge.
All in all, for a confirmed townie, Pompey's not bad. |

I live next to Danson Park, Bexley in a cheap house on a low income but its great.
Next to 180 acres with endless fields/meadows/woods/parks nearby. I'm 12 minutes from real Countryside and 25 mins by train to the heart of one of the 2 most vibrant, exciting Cities in the World with its endless attractions. I live half-a-mile from the edge of South London and the stimulation maked me feel 35 at 56 years old.:]  |
