I have just got a Panasonic Freesat TV and have standard sky and dish. How easy is it to connect the TV to the dish to get freesat or would i best off getting an engineer to install it. What are the costs roughly? cheers

Not an expert ...but your Sky Dish is obv pointed at Sky Satellite , is Free Sat beamed off the same Satellite ?

If you have a Sky set-top box connecting it up in the usual way will give you Freeview. If required you can also buy a topup card from Sky which gives you Ch 5 plus a few more channels and costs £20 for 3 years.

Exactly the same satellite.

(Actually, it's more than one satellite that sky etc use, but they are close enough together that the dish receives signals from all of them)
