as previously when courts awarded damages against the scu-mbags they didn't bother paying up .

You would think any decent government would spending more effort on stopping the violent crime to begin with.
yes my wife had her car stolen was found so no insurance ,proper mess car ,guy was told to pay her compo at a pound aweek, no money paid after 3 months
whilst the perpetrators of vicious crimes go into luxury.
my wifes car was a purple fiesta , so this was nearly a violet crime, lol viloet crime eh eh ,lol, !!!!!!!!

Just a thought but if people didn't speed or park illegally they wouldn't have any fines to pay - now that really would stuff this labour government that so many of you seem to detest so why not try it?

you obviously have missed the Dozens of Documentaries and Newspaper reports of Traffic Wardens Booking people Legally parked just to hit their "Targets" .

Doesn't seem fair that the motorist is asked to support violent criminals with their debt to society.

The goverment should make the expences fraudsters pay more and leave the motorist alone,bunch of lying hypocrites the lot of them.

The much loathed Mrs Turner (traffic warden) famously ticketed a hearse outside of the library.
