got a job stuck in the system....tried to cancel it....and status says "deleting" but it's been stuck like that for 3 hours...and i can't print fook all else as that's blocking anything getting through....help please :-)

I resort to switching both comp and printer off I'm afraid

Poxy Recycled paper can cause this.
