I do. Nearly every day if I'm at home. Mind you, I sleep at all sorts of weird hours.

If you start sleeping more than you used to, your body takes that as a sign to start dying.
Don't do it.

Yes but only in the Summer and then only on the beach after reading a few chapters of whatever book is on the go at the time. The sea and the waves have a soothing sound of tranquility that makes me nod off for awhile.

I live virtually on a beach, Slippy. Perhaps that is why I fall asleep all the time.

What on earth do you find to do on a beach, all day?

The sea is incredibly loud at times; it's a wonder how one can get to sleep at all. And yet, when spending time in a city, its roar at night is one of the first things I miss.

I don't actually live on the sand PD; my house is on the cliff.

Read, watch the ladies beach volleyball competitions, have a few beers and some nosebag with family and friends, beach massage from the Chinese firm that work the Costas, a few swims. A day easily passes by no worries about that.

I can't remember it exactly, but in a mens health issue it said that studies had shown having naps of about 25 mins (just enough before you go into a deep sleep) once a day about 3 times a week then it can increase your life expectancy considerably.
