i have taken my grans 2 cats in after she has just gone into a home for the elderly.
was hoping it was gonna be for the short term,as i have 2 dogs.
the cats are locked in the back way..but its hard work keeping the dogs away.
ive rang all the usuall places ie cats protection ,RSPCA,to try and get them rehomed but these places are full.
dont know what else to do other than taking them to the woods and letting them go in the hope they will find there own way...after all its worse keeping them locked up in the back way.
any suggestions please?

why arent they with the dogs? my mum has had loads of dogs and cats and theyve always been fine together even when left alone. the alsation used to let them sleep on his head. are your dogs bred for fighting?

Cats are adept hunters, they'll be absolutely fine in the wild. Let them go.

Yep, take them to the rspca or cat league and tell them that they are going to be homeless and that you have tried etc.

It's probably a test by your grannie to see if you like cats.

If not, you are out of the will.

I kno wyou're trying to help, but the RSPCA will ahve them put down if not rehomed within a certain timescale. They have a lot to answer for.

^^ apt name for www.petsforfood.com

Prison System
"State law requires us to serve inmates 4 ounces of meat with lunch and dinner, but our budgets keep getting cut by the state legislature. By buying our meat in bulk from Pets or Food, we're saving money, coming in under budget and we can still afford jerseys for the guards' bowling league."
