So, ignore alarms, work etc., if you went to bed when you were tired, how much later do you wake/get up? About 7.5 hours for me although I usually get about 7.

6 hours and then I have to get up to have some water. Sleep in the afternoon for a siesta in the hot Summer on the beach for a couple of hours usually.
Report Ibrahima Sonko • January 2, 2010 10:10 PM GMT
You dont McM, just an overactive gene.

If i do stay up for 36+ i only need about 8 hours sleep, right as rain afterwards.....
Report Diamond_Joe_Quimby • January 2, 2010 10:10 PM GMT
Link between sleep hours and depression for young people on BBC website today. Can definitely see the logic. I used sleep 5 hours a night sometimes and was awfully cranky when i was younger
Report Prima Donna • January 2, 2010 10:11 PM GMT
I always tell my wife to get up aswell as the children, but not as early as me,I tell them that people die in bed and GET UP,i hate lazy people
Report Ibrahima Sonko • January 2, 2010 10:12 PM GMT
As soon as the sun is up i feel im wasting time.
Report Mc Moonbeam • January 2, 2010 10:17 PM GMT
hmm interesting sonko .. an overactive gene sounds about right

I'm not intentionally lazy & my brain works overtime when i am awake

but do suffer with depression too

What a life for some :(

I dont trust you after your shenanigans on sad sids fred.

Im not lazy but when i get home i do everything possible to make the rest of the evening easy. Cook, wash & serve etc all before 6pm and then relax every evening, it probably has something to do with it all.
