i earned myself one of these recently in preston....i wrote a letter explaining that my indiscretion was brought about by "bursting for a sh1te" and due to the dearth of public sh1th0uses in preston was pressing on towards southport for a turd.........this didnt work, i was told that while they "sympathised" with my "condition" it was no excuse for speeding............
