More exercise. Get running again and then do the Stratford Marathon in April. That is my aim, hopefully will lose money in the process.

My brother has always been plump with a huge belly. He has been going to the gym and playing tennis for three years and not lost a pound, or reduced his stomach. However, he has finally given up drinking and lost a stone without trying. The best thing is though his stomach has reduced considerably, it is as if all the stone he has lost has come off it. His belly finally looks respectable. As probably the worse turn off for a woman is a huge belly it might give drinkers an incentive to cut down. I now understand the meaning of a beer belly.

that reminds me of an interesting program i saw the other night annie.

If you wanna know how their minds work guys it's right here. at 9 mins it mentions the body shape. That's all pretty predictable.

thanks gamsty, that looks interesting. How long does the programme last?
Report punterfleecer • January 1, 2010 8:48 PM GMT
what about overweight women? what kind of man shape would they like?
Report get in there gamsty! • January 1, 2010 8:55 PM GMT
45 mins.
The how we can smell if someones genes is suited to us is interesting and the bit where 1 in 10 children are being raised by fathers who don't realise they are not the childs biological father.
Report annie. • January 1, 2010 9:07 PM GMT
Thanks, gamsty. There should be a law that the dna of a child is taken at birth and the result given to the father. I have known men who have doubted the parentage of their child just because they had ginger hair. It must colour their treatment of that child.
Report get in there gamsty! • January 1, 2010 9:12 PM GMT
yeh i agree.
1 in 10 is quite a shocking stat. It states that women who ** are most likely to do so during the 4 days surrounding their ovulation.
It would be chaoes if men could sense this in women :D
