Quad biking death charge Norman Diego Maradona Frost has been sent to Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court accused of causing the death of a 16-year-old girl by dangerous driving. Tara Dawson, from Goldenhill, was a passenger on a quad bike when it was involved in a collision with a car in Newchapel on June 22. She died five days later. Frost, aged 18, of Hollywall Lane, Goldenhill, is accused of causing the death of Miss Dawson by driving a Quadzilla quad bike dangerously in High Street. He is further accused of failing to stop after an accident and using a quad bike when its parking brake wasn't in good working order. The teenager will appear at the crown court on Monday for a preliminary hearing. He was given unconditional bail at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court yesterday.
