they let me buy a ticket and now the establishment have decided im barred indefinitely for a incident that took place months and months ago (prior to me buying a ticket)

I think you have a case there. If the incident was a while ago and you have been accepted there regularly (or frequently at least) and they have now sold you a ticket. Depends whether you bought it in person, I suppose and what it says on it etc.
i would get more pleasure **ting on it and sending it back in an envelope.If you think thats un pleasant,thats nothing compared to the ** they serve up loosly described as food
