Been on all day and it's been a good day too.

I need to go to bed, but I'm so far from sleeping! How do you all wind down after a session on here?

A few cans watching Jack Dee, sleep, do it all again tomorrow.
Report DaveEdwards • December 30, 2009 10:50 PM GMT
I always find drink wakes me up a bit, but jack Dee might send me to sleep. You could be onto something there.

In reply to the countryside jokes, I'm a townie moved to the country!

Not if you pull out before it boils.
Report DaveEdwards • December 30, 2009 10:53 PM GMT
have to say angry, I'm not in the mood for anything like that, I'm too hyped up.

Maybe I should find out about yoga or something to relax. Actually that might not be that silly an idea.

Report Gary Binosh • December 30, 2009 10:57 PM GMT
Exactly Carla, you have to leanr how to enjoy a winning day, not think about how to lose it
Report DaveEdwards • December 30, 2009 10:58 PM GMT
Ladycarla, I'm not a beginner or iching for another bet, I just want to calm down a bit.

I watched Usual Suspects, but that hasn't helped
Report DaveEdwards • December 30, 2009 10:59 PM GMT
Really Gary, I'm not thinking about my next bet etc
Report angryfire • December 30, 2009 10:59 PM GMT
The dreaded No. 34. Theres no way im getting involved in that......thats absolute filth and would probably result in coma in at least 9 cases out of 10.
Report digdeep • December 30, 2009 10:59 PM GMT

Report Ovalman. • December 30, 2009 10:59 PM GMT

Report Gary Binosh • December 30, 2009 11:00 PM GMT
how can watching Usual Suspects not make you sleepy

do you mean you feel like youve just drank 10 cans of redbull ?
Report DaveEdwards • December 30, 2009 11:01 PM GMT
A bit yes Gary.

I'm going onto Spotify now and put some classical music on. Good idea
Report angryfire • December 30, 2009 11:02 PM GMT
In the old days, it used to be a big fat bifta and some Massive Attack.......now those days are gone its just the Massive attack and a bottle of beer.
Report Gary Binosh • December 30, 2009 11:04 PM GMT

Report DaveEdwards • December 30, 2009 11:10 PM GMT
Right I've done some stretching and I've got a requiem on by Mozart. Seems to be working.
Report Gary Binosh • December 30, 2009 11:11 PM GMT

Report DaveEdwards • December 30, 2009 11:14 PM GMT
It's working, all of a sudden I'm out on my feet. Just did some stretching too. Bed for me now.

I'm constantly on wind down mode, and I refute any claims that I am lazy.
Report Gary Binosh • December 30, 2009 11:15 PM GMT
take care Dave :)

More importantly, why do you get wound up on Betfair ?

You're your own boss, you can't be sacked, you can take tea or smoke breaks when you want, and you wife asks when you want lunch.

After that you come on to the forum and wind up the idiots before you settle down to threads where most/some people have common sense.

No stress involved.
