60% of adults over 45 have a bad back.

How old are you?

No cure other than rest.
Anti-inflammatories/painkillers might help a little (Co-proxamol, co-dydramol, even aspirin or ibuprofen) but a bad back is usually a pulled muscle, and takes a couple of days to ease.

A very topical subject for me.

My eldest daughter had a serious spinal condition a few years back.
I had to fast track her for surgery through BUPA at the time.

Now my youngest has a degenerative condition, at a very early age, and today at 4:20
she is having a spinal nerve blocker injection!

I'm pretty worried for her, because of the risks involved, and also they say, it might not work
at all, or at best for a few months!

I bought her an inversion table, which has given some temporary relief, but her condition is too
serious for it to help long term!

I would certainly recomend one for anyone with less serious problems.................
