Humphs advice:
Lay on the bed - alone - in silence
take a few slow deep breaths
raise your right hand up towards the ceiling slowly and extend 2 fingers
and - with feeling - say the word 'b o ll ocks'
He tried it saying 'fiddlesticks'- but never found it had the same effect
