I'm not an apologised either - but we all make mistakes, none of which should be fatal.

Mistakes ?
|
|
By:
absolutley shocking
done nothing worse than the local off license (in fact the local off licence has probably caused more harm) , however the governments need the black markets created by the "illegal" drugs market to fund their black ops during the height of the credit crises, drug barrons money actually stopped the country and the worlds banking systems from totally collapsing! Thats the problem when people call breaking the law a mistake.

'It was only a mistake' bringing in 4kg of heroin
Just like getting a parking ticket :0 |

Synonyms:

Most people learn from experience. Alot of Betfair forumites seem to prefer digging their trenches deeper. I've noticed that over the years - maybe that's what makes it such a profitable place to visit.

By:
so everyone is innocent?
No one ever commits crime? I do not think anyone would deny that this person did not have 4kg of the stuff on him? unless you know something I dont? :) |
|
By:
In those cases their were mistakes made.
|
|
By:
Ah - so we only kill people where no mistakes have been made.
Brilliant! |
|
By:
so we should not even lock people up for killing kids?
'it was only a mistake' :0 :0 |
|
By:
On a serious note from me why would he go all the way to China to smuggle heoin when he could get it from numerous countrys nearer to us. If he was ok in the head then he would have known what to expect in China.

so we should not even lock people up for killing kids? --- 1.01 landed - lets get immigrants up for the treble. |
|
By:
;)
But we are doomed when every time a crime is committed in another country that results in the death penalty someone brings up a case from the past where mistakes were made. Like a get out of jail free card. |

By:
Yes I said that didn't I?
"We shouldn't lock people up for killing kids." You can see it in my posts above. Another piece of brilliance on this ne'er do well thread. I think I'll leave. I'm getting gubbed. |

one thing that bugs me is that if hes blaming it on his bipolar disorder, surely he must have been on medication to help with this.Judging by his "story" about going there to release a song,it doesnt sound like he was taking anything for it.
If he had stopped taking any medication, as a lot do in his situation, then any circumstances arising from this would be down to his own negligence and make him responsible 9in part maybe) for his actions afterwards. |
|
By:
same thing.
No difference, you seem to be an apoligised to those who commit very serious crimes. :( :( |
|
By:
No one with an ounce of intelligence/sanity carries 4kg of heroin around, its the same old story the true villains always find a patsy

There a possibility he might not have known he was carriying drugs, some people are easily manipulated and naive,he might just have been told to take a suitcase to a certain house etc,I detest drugs personally they are destructive to society as a whole, but before shooting someone dead the full facts should be aired
