pretty happy with that considering the sh!te ive been eating in the build up as well.
that will be gone in a week or so especially as the ice is now melting and I can get out running again

just back from my first run since Gateshead took on an arctic tundra type landscape. thought it was safe to run but was slipping all over the place, its frozen again, black ice, not good, but no mishaps
