I resisted the urge to ask fo help but I am bamboozled. I accidentally did some strange key combination and now the top of my windows explorer panel is not there until i hover over it. I have inadvertently put my view onto full screen. How do I get it back please.

Hover right at the top edge and you will be able to re size the page
that hasn't worked. if i go to top of page, the panel appears but no resize option. when i move away the panel disappears again.
F11 worked a treat.
