.. to fetch our xmas food from her parents because the snow is so bad they didnt want to drive down there

im frantic with worry to be honest,
im normally down at the pub at 11am on a xmas day , with all this snow my 5 minute walk could turn into a 8 minute walk , i will have to set off early if it stays like this |

Best get a couple in before you set-off, that way you will still be on schedule when you arrive at the pub 3 minutes late.

just had a call from wife,, she gave up the walk and is going to try and get a bus but her dad has carried on walking for some reason

just got a call she has arrived at the house to pick up the food and then taking a 45 min walk to get back to a main road and get a taxi home !! fking joke, does she think money grows on trees
