Well, a few of you may have seen my post yesterday about this, i'll cut it short incase..

Last wednesday i ordered a bed from BEDWORLD.NET (claiming to be the biggest bed specialists in britain)

It promised me Next day delivery, since i ordered wednesday night, that would mean it will be with me FRIDAY.

Now, after having days off work friday, monday and tuesday, i decided to ring them, yesterday.

It's very very hard actually getting through to a person on their customer service, but after many unreplied answer messages and rings, someone piked up. A Lovely girl named Emma.

She ASSURED me that my bed was on the van being delivered to me, as we speak (this is yesterday by the way)

Anyway, after waiting in with the TV on mute so i can hear the door, i listen out from 9.30 till half 5, and absolutely nothing, no call, no knock. Nothing.

Along comes today, the final day it can be delivered before xmas. I ring the woman again today, after 10minutes on hold, she assures me my bed IS coming today.. i said "is this definate" she replies "yes definately"

It's now 3pm. 2hours left of delivery, the customer service office closes at 5.

What do i do?

A. wait untill 5 in the hope that my bed shows up (its an xmas present btw, i need it)

B. Ring her up right now and tell her im gonna murder her if my bed isnt here in 2hours.

C. Ring up and ask for a refund.

Companies never to deal with again.

1. Victoria Plum (bathrooms) the worst customer service ever
2. Bedworld.net (see above)

Go to a place with stuff in it, stuff you can see, touch, feel , order. Ah yes, shops. Thats it

Oh, 'b' by the way

rung up, for the first time it's someone different, was a man this time.

I told him whats going on, he typed in my details and straight away said "oh, it's meant to have been delivered friday", put me on hold then promised me that he has just spoken to the courrier, and it's out for delivery today.

Cant see it myself tbh, but what can i do :/
