I'm serious. It's an old bartenders joke for customers who** them off, they ask the customer if they would like a JD Sour. It originated in the US. Most of the time they just spit in your drink instead of j1zzing.

ive drank JD sours ,as far as I know there was no semen in them ...

something about bitters what are bitters ...

It's the barman who is "Bitter", thats part of the joke. Probably just spit, not j1zz.
