My only problem is I cant leave any feedback for a DS game I bought for my nephew. When I click the positive button, the "stars" and "comments" box dont open......and therefore I cant click "leave feedback" as it wont do anything cos it realises there is no input!
Well I searched the forums which told me I will have to clear cache/cookies, add ebay to compatability list......and if that doesnt work.........download a new browser.....ie Firefox/Google chrome.
Tried all this.....APART from downloading a new browser. I asked them......If there was a way I could solve this problem WITHOUT downloading a new browser.
After many many questions......and 40 mins in time........they told me the best way was to Download a new browser!!!
I wish I had a webcam focused on this office........must be some real winners in there. Needless to say Im back to square one.

think they have a flow chart in front of them,when the flowchart runs out ,you 'lose' the connection with them.been there.they haven't got a clue.
