Don't know selling prices, asking prices seem to be on the up, but that may just be stupid agents telling clients things are improving.

Round here the people who couldn't sell before the crash are now putting them back up for sale at the price they originally wanted.

a friend of mine just sold last week in Wrea Green - it had been on the market for 2.5 years. Had to take an offer. market still depressed.
