right click on pic and click on "Use as wallpaper"

Unfortunately you can't improve the pic without manipulation.

you can stretch but it will look rubbish.

After you download it, check your downloads folder.

Right click on the image and click on use as background.

I'm on XP, not sure what the procedure is on other OS.

To save the image right click again and save image.
