I ordered pizza at 9:05pm and it said on net it would be with me by 9:40pm.
I rang them at 10:05 pm to see where it was and they said they had received the order and it was on the way. Its Sunday night here and I expect them to be busy so I understood.
Its now 10:40pm and im getting a bit pi$$ed off..... got a good mind to call again - its been an hour since it was supposed to have arrived.
Anyone else had bad experience with pizza companies?

if you are in oz, they probably have to travel 500 miles to deliver it
Just phoned them, the idiots had the order sitting in the pickup section.
Before I gave them a hairdryer, they actually said we'll make a fresh pizza, garlic bread, drink and choc desert and deliver it now for free, or we can give you a credit on your account.
Im still hungry so i said get it to me asap.

I order from Papa Johns and it's always here quickly.
Much prefer it as I can take my time, create my pizza exactly how I want it and dont have to struggle talking to the people in the shop who are always foreign, disinterested and having a conversation with you, another customer on the phone, a customer in the shop and the delivery driver all at once X-(

I doubt they'll spit in it, i havent been a numpty to them.
And I hope Dominos is better in Oz than here, as it's rank in the UK. All the chains are apart from Papa Johns.
ITs 23:00 now and the shop closes now, is it worth calling them do you think to make sure the order has been despatched?
yeah - i had this with my local dominos a couple of weeks ago, called to check and they confirmed it was on its way
Thing is JAmeblake, when I called to find out where it was at 22:05 they told me it was on its way. When I called back at 22:40 i think they were a bit embarressed.

Piping hot pizza, garlic bread and.....drinks...dips, and chocolate brownie desert with hot fudge sauce. All free of charge, kept apologising profusely and said they had royally**ed up. Now thats service. You dont mind so much when they give it to you for free hey!

can yuo keep us updated on how many blisters you'll get in your mouth?
No blisters and no spit found. happy with the amount of toppings too. They were more than gererous.
