Say i lay 2.2 for £100 and someone comes along 30 minutes later and lays 2.2 for £100... is my lay to be taken first ?

Yep there is a queue

Premium accounts go straight to top of queue.

There was a**-up last week and premium accounts weren't going to the front of the queue but its been sorted now.
